CHROMIUM CAST IRONS FOR GRINDING BALLS
Getti di cromio per balle di macinazione
There are three categories of chromium cast iron balls: high-Cr, medium-Cr
and low-Cr. They are used in ball mills for fire power stations, metallurgy,
building materials, chemical engineering, etc.
LINING PLATES OF BALL MILLS

These plates are highly wear-resistant and don’t fracture and flow.
The plates made of Cr-Mo-Nb alloy steels are mostly recommended because
of superior comprehensive mechanical properties.
PARTS OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

The main products are teeth, teeth adapters, caterpillars, chains, driving
wheels, blades, track rollers etc., which are used for excavators, bulldozers
and loading machines.
SLURRY PUMP PARTS

There are three kinds of pump parts made of different materials that
are respectively suited for working conditions: a) neutral and weak acidic
and caustic erosion-corrosion, b) strong caustic corrosion-erosion, c)
strong acidic corrosion-erosion.
HEAT-ABRASION RESISTANT PARTS

These special materials can be used in different temperatures ranging
from 600°C to 1300 °C. The main products are coal-spraying nozzles
in boilers, grate bars, grate plates, furnace bottom plates, the teeth
of slag crushers, etc.
CRUSHER PARTS

They are for jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, gyrator crushers
and hammer crushers.
PARTS OF COAL PULVERISERS

They are rollers, bottom plates, hollow balls and wear rings, impact
plates and liners.
PIPES AND PIPE LINERS
Tubi e rivestimenti di tubi
They are made of wear resistant alloy cast iron, alloy cast steels and
composite materials. The main products are pipes for powder handling and
slag handling.
A serious of modern facilities are used for research
and routine tests: X-ray diffractometer, microprobe, emission spectrometer,
scanning electronic microscope, image analyser, high stress impact wear
tester, low stress erosion-corrosion tester, ball-on-ball impact fatigue
tester, impact strength test machine, tensile strength test machine, hardness
tester, non-destructive ultrasonic tester, sand mixture tester, metallographic
test equipment, chemical analysis device etc. These guarantee the highest
quality for all products.
